Not to early a start today but we went to Earls Court and had a great big fry up breakfast at one of my fave cheap places.
Amanda met us and ate my leftovers - I couldn’t eat it all!

We checked out the hostel where I used to stay and then went home and got our bags ready for our little holiday.

We caught the tube from my house to Liverpool Street Station and then the Stansted Express out to Stansted Airport.
We got there in plenty of time, checked in…got ourselves some food (cause you don’t get it on the plane) and boarded.
You don’t get allocated seating on Ryanair flights and it is 'first in best seats'.
We managed to get the front row seats so Brett had plenty of room to stretch out.

We arrived in Rome and caught a bus to the metro station and then the metro into the centre of Rome.

Our hostel was about a five minute walk from there.

We checked in and found my friend Karen from London and had a chat.

Brett was on the net and on the phone anxiously trying to change his flights home so that he could go to the AFL grand final.

We went to bed pretty much straight away.
We were pretty tired after the train and planes but we were in Rome!
