Aswan - a trip to the Bazaar

"Then it was time to hit the bazaar
I purchased a scarf, a top (kind of hippy style for my donkey ride in Luxor)
and some hibiscus tea to bring back
All of that came to about £5"

Tanya sent a parcel of gear back to Cairns
and included some of the hibiscus tea for Sharon to try out along with this note
"The bag of dried flowers is actually hibiscus tea
Mum, I am pretty sure it gets boiled, not just infused
It is really red when I drank it in Egypt
You can have it hot or cold,
but you will probably need to sweeten it"

Well, "the mixture" was spotted by the Custom's Department in Australia
and below is their letter

Needless to say, Tanya did not spend the $42.50
plus Sharon would not have drunk the tea after it had been "nuked"!!!
